Finnish Budget
The Finnish Government has formulated the budget proposal for 2010, in this budget proposal there is a statement that value-added tax will rise to 23 % 1.7.2010.However, please note that it is only budget proposal. There is not any statement about Insurance Premium Tax in this budget proposal even though generally Insurance Premium Tax has followed VAT.
